We are seeking a Clinical Systems Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical systems.

Job Description

The Clinical Systems Coordinator will be responsible for providing oversight and accountability of deliverables, ensuring they meet all applicable regulations and standards. This will involve collaborating with project managers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

The coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating installation and operational qualification, as well as performing randomization and IP dispensing QC checks. Additionally, they will contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate concisely and effectively in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in the use of common office software
  • Self-motivated individual who can positively contribute to a team environment
  • Able to work independently or in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
