Sagan represents a mission-driven construction services company focused on helping homeowners achieve IBHS FORTIFIED Roof, Silver, or Gold certifications. The team works closely with inspectors, contractors, and clients to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality results.

Position Overview:

Were looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented teammate to join as a Documentation Coordinator. This remote role supports the field team by managing critical certification documentation, tracking compliance, and ensuring timely submission of materials through the FORTIFIED FOCUS 2.5 portal. You'll serve as the final checkpoint before applications are finalized, playing a vital role in helping homeowners secure their certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and submit certification applications via the FORTIFIED FOCUS 2.5 portal.
  • Organize and upload photos and documentation received from inspectors and contractors.
  • Follow up with evaluators, contractors, and clients to gather missing information.
  • Track application progress and ensure all submissions meet IBHS FORTIFIED standards.
  • Maintain daily task completion with flexibility for asynchronous work.
  • Communicate clearly with internal team members and external partners.


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in digital documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with web-based tools and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Self-motivated and accountable with strong task ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in remote support, project coordination, or QA.
  • Familiarity with FORTIFIED standards or construction industry terminology.
  • Customer-facing communication experience.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached.
