Driving Sales Growth Across Markets

We're partnering with a leading company in the cosmetics industry, known for its strong local presence and growing international reach. We're looking for a Sales Manager who will take charge of planning, organizing, and leading sales activities across domestic and export markets, ensuring the company's continued growth and success.

Leading with Purpose

As a Sales Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the sales department and manage a team of professionals responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and distributors. You'll be the one ensuring that sales targets are met, strategies are implemented, and results are delivered.

Your Role in Action

You'll define annual sales plans and commercial goals, while making sure your team stays aligned and motivated. From developing sales processes and incentive systems to negotiating contracts and monitoring profitability, you'll combine leadership, organization, and a clear commercial mindset.

You'll also work closely with marketing, finance, and production teams to align forecasts, support product launches, and ensure the market strategy is executed seamlessly.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and organize the sales team, set KPIs, and track performance
  • Define and implement sales plans and pricing policies
  • Manage key accounts and distributors, negotiating commercial terms
  • Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions when needed
  • Identify growth opportunities across domestic and international markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support launches and business expansion
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to anticipate changes
  • Report directly to the General Manager on results and strategic initiatives

Who You Are

  • A graduate in Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally in cosmetics, FMCG, or a related sector
  • Experience in managing teams and working with key accounts
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical and result-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (a second language is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP knowledge is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
