About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Kadar, your role would be essential in leading initial stages of the sales cycle and laying the groundwork for successful client acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate communication and build professional relationships with prospects, ultimately generating new business for the company.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels
  • Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs and qualify their interest
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information about leads, prospects, and interactions
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales team
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

The ideal candidate for this role:

  • Has previous sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Understands the sales process and is comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and Apollo
  • Can think on their feet and craft relevant, engaging outreach messages or comments on the spot
  • Is a natural networker
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail
