With more than 20,000 employees, Beko Europe has 69 subsidiaries and 9 production sites across Europe, which are located in Cassinetta, Melano, Comunanza, and Siena in Italy, Wroclaw, and Radomsko in Poland, Poprad in Slovakia, and Ulmi and Gaesti in Romania, with a production capacity of approximately 24 million white goods products per year.

The team you will be a part of

The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Conduct business analysis to get deep insight of trends, needs, opportunities of Trade Partners & Channel
  • Segments across assigned markets
  • Responsible for deployment & embedment of the EMEA commercial policy as per defined guidelines
  • Support Cluster Team and local Marketing and Sales in execution of go-to-market plans to deliver in line with market PP
  • Proactively lead action planning to close gaps to PP
  • Consider different market dynamics such as different development stages and organizations, when reapplying best practice
  • Support, help & coach local Sales & Marketing leaders in the implementation of the blueprint, acting as ComEx blueprint expert
  • Act as PMR expert providing Local Teams with insights and recommendations
  • Support ComEx Managers in countries assessment to evaluate & define priorities for country activation
  • Manage Big Data on hand by developing new visualization tools

Minimum requirements

  • University education is considered valuable
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field
  • Proven experience in negotiating with buying groups and platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the retail channel and its dynamics

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with trade partners
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Demonstrate a winning spirit and eagerness to contribute to the team's growth
  • Strong orientation towards achieving results and meeting targets
  • Availability to travel within the Balkan area as needed
  • Proficiency in analytical skills, with the ability to work with figures and numbers
  • Proficiency in English is desired
  • Experience in the white goods, home appliances, consumer electronics or similar industries is desirable
