Ako uživaš u pregovorima, analizama i traženju najboljih rešenja – možda si baš ti osoba koju tražimo.

Šta će biti tvoja glavna zaduženja:

  • "Loviti" najbolje ponude za delove transformatora i sve što uz njih ide.
  • Istraživati tržište, upoznavati nove dobavljače i prevoznike.
  • Povremeno putovati i posećivati sajmove – dovoljno da ne bude monotono, ali ne toliko da se zaboravi gde je kancelarija.
  • Upoređivati ponude dok ne pronađeš onu "zlatnu sredinu" između cene, kvaliteta i roka isporuke.
  • Pregovarati kao profesionalac — uvek sa bar još jednom ponudom.
  • Organizovati proces carinjenja za robu/materijale iz uvoza.
  • Pisati ugovore koji ne ostavljaju prostor za "a to nismo rekli".
  • Rešavati reklamacije sa dobavljačima i činiti da sve opet teče glatko.
  • Praviti planove i izveštaje i iste diskutovati sa direktorom nabavke.

Idealno bi bilo da:

  • Imaš VII stepen stručne spreme
  • Imaš bar pet godina iskustva u nabavci ili logistici
  • Engleski znaš dovoljno dobro da pregovaraš
  • Dnevna rutina ti podrazumeva rad u Excelu, Wordu i sličnim programima
  • Poseduješ vozačku dozvolu B kategorije
