Opis posla:

Na ovoj poziciji ćete aktivno tražiti i razvijati nove poslovne prilike u oblasti zdravstvenih usluga, istovremeno gradeći i negujući dugoročne odnose sa ključnim klijentima i partnerima. Bićete odgovorni za sprovođenje strategije prodaje, vođenje prodajnih procesa i koordinaciju aktivnosti unutar tima, radeći blisko sa internim odeljenjima. Takođe, pratićete tržišne trendove i konkurenciju kako biste ojačali poziciju MediGroup-a i doprinosili unapređenju poslovnih rezultata.

Ključni zadaci:

  • Aktivno identifikovanje i razvijanje novih poslovnih prilika u oblasti zdravstvenih usluga
  • Izgradnja i negovanje dugoročnih odnosa sa ključnim klijentima i partnerima
  • Razvoj i implementacija strategije prodaje u skladu sa ciljevima MediGroup-a
  • Upravljanje prodajnim procesima i koordinacija aktivnosti unutar sektora prodaje
  • Bliska saradnja sa internim timovima u okviru sistema
  • Praćenje tržišnih trendova i aktivnosti konkurencije

Potrebne kvalifikacije:

  • Visoko obrazovanje iz oblasti ekonomije, menadžmenta ili srodnih oblasti
  • Minimum 5 godina relevantnog iskustva u prodaji ili razvoju poslovanja (prednost je iskustvo u zdravstvenom sektoru)
  • Izražene komunikacione i pregovaračke veštine, uz sposobnost građenja poverenja
  • Poznavanje prodajnih tehnika i iskustvo u kreiranju ponuda za korporativne klijente
  • Strateško razmišljanje, proaktivnost i orijentisanost ka postizanju rezultata
  • Iskustvo u vođenju tima
  • Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika
