Direktor Category management

Opis radnog mesta:

·       Razvijanje i implementacija strategije rasta maloprodajnog lanca, uz fokus na širenje poslovanja i povećanje prometa i profitabilnosti

·       Organizacija i optimizacija poslovnih procesa, razvoj sektora category managementa i podrške nabavci

·       Edukacija i rukovođenje timom, razvoj liderskih i operativnih sposobnosti

·       Kreiranje i kontrola budžeta, maksimizacija prihoda i profitabilnosti uz upravljanje troškovima

·       Pregovaranje sa dobavljačima i principalima

·       Upravljanje asortimanom i profitabilnošću kategorija na tržištu Srbije i Bosne i Hercegovine

·       Upravljanje i optimizacija zaliha

·       Razvoj brendova, kategorija i privatnih robnih marki

·       Izveštavanje za top menadžment, kontrola i odgovornost za bilans uspeha kompanije

·       Unapređenje standarda u maloprodaji

·       Praćenje trendova u maloprodaji i konkurencije, uz primenu inovativnih strategija za diferencijaciju i privlačenje kupaca

·       Implementacija i praćenje zakonske regulative

Zahtevi:

·       VI-VII stepen stručne spreme (poželjno Ekonomija, FON, Menadžment)

·       Rad na istoj ili sličnoj poziciji – minimum 3 godine

·       Engleski jezik – napredni nivo

·       Vozačka dozvola B kategorije

·       Rukovođenje - napredni nivo

·       Pregovaranje - napredni nivo

·       Networking – napredni nivo

·       Poznavanje funkcionisanja svih segmenata poslovanja, trgovine posebno – napredni nivo

·       Poznavanje zakonske regulative u trgovini - napredni nivo

·       Vođenje projekata – napredni nivo

·       Poznavanje tržišta - napredni nivo
