We're Hiring: Event Manager

We're seeking a 
dynamic and creative Event Manager
 to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll take the lead in delivering world-class events — from initial concept through flawless execution. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio including corporate gatherings, entertainment and sports events, product launches, brand activations, luxury galas, conferences, meetings, and incentive programs.

We're looking for an organized innovator with a passion for creating memorable experiences and the drive to turn ideas into extraordinary realities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·       Manage project budgets, production schedules, and supplier/vendor coordination

·       
Lead project execution
 — from detailed planning to on-site production and vendor 
coordination 

·       
Collaborate with the agency team
 on proposals, presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and staffing needs

·       
Negotiate
 with suppliers and freelancers to secure the best possible services and rates

·       
Further developing existing relationships and securing new relationships with a multitude of national and international suppliers/vendors to secure favourable rates, products and services.

·       Stay ahead of 
industry trends and new technologies
 to bring fresh ideas into every project

·       Solve challenges with 
confidence
, even in the most complex productions

·       Communicate with clients regarding all 
technical and logistical aspects
 of events

ABOUT YOU

·       Background in a 
creative agency, events, or corporate marketing
 preferred

·       
You are passionate in planning, designing and coordination

·       Knowledge of event production elements (audio, video, lighting, staging, etc.) and how to integrate them into outstanding events

·       Hands-on experience in executive production and familiarity with key suppliers/vendors (venues, AV, artists, rental companies, video/digital studios, etc.)

·       Able to work independently and to negotiate best possible offers

·       Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills

·       You are willing/ready to work out of M2C office, 
travel abroad, and adjust to flexible hours (including nights and weekends when needed)

QUALIFICATIONS

·       University degree with at least 
3 years of production experience
 (management, technical knowledge, creative event production)

·       
Excellent knowledge of Excel & Power Point

·       Fluent in English (spoken and written)

·       Active driver's license (category B)
