Opis posla:

Producentska kuća Emotion traži specijalistu za medijska sponzorstva. Naš idealan kandidat je osoba koja ima kompetencije i/ili iskustva u B2B prodaji, a poželjno je da poznaje medijsku produkciju.

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Analiziranje medijskog sadržaja iz aktuelne produkcije i identifikacija ključnih elemenata (scene, segmenti, likovi, teme) gde bi sponzori mogli biti uključeni.
  • Osmišljavanje konkretnih predloga za suptilno reklamiranje proizvoda ili usluga sponzora u odabranim elementima medijskog sadržaja
  • Razvoj i prezentacija sponzorskih paketa.
  • Identifikacija i direktno kontaktiranje potencijalnih sponzora.
  • Pregovaranje i sklapanje ugovora sa sponzorima.
  • Tesna saradnja sa produkcijom u cilju obezbeđivanja da se sponzorski ugovori realizuju po planu.
  • Izgradnja i održavanje mreže sponzora

Kvalifikacije:

  • Iskustvo u B2B prodaji.
  • Iskustvo u medijskoj produkciji ili sličnom polju.
  • Izvrsne komunikacione i pregovaračke veštine.
  • Sposobnost rada u kreativnom i nepredvidivom okruženju.
  • Proaktivnost i samostalnost u radu.
  • Orijentisanost na rezultate
