Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and targeted consumers
  • Perform cross-sell and up-sell activities through direct and indirect sales (vouchers, loyalty programs, referrals, etc.)
  • Use lead forms to close open sales requests
  • Provide proactive customer service and ensure the best customer experience
  • Educate consumers about new product categories
  • Collect feedback through surveys
  • Support consumers with additional inquiries about products
  • Handle inbound calls from consumers contacted via outbound campaigns
  • Achieve monthly sales and service targets through defined KPIs
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or contact center
  • Full proficiency in Serbian language (spoken and written)
  • Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
  • Basic technical knowledge (CRM, Salesforce) – training provided
  • Availability for full-time work in defined shifts
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic environment
