Oblikuju nas godine iskustva u oblasti marketinga farmaceutskih proizvoda, odlično poznavanje tržišta i težnja ka beskompromisnom kvalitetu u svemu što radimo. Ponosni smo na prijatnu atmosferu koju smo izgradili kao tim – tim koji će sa radošću prihvatiti novog člana/novu članicu da zajedno sa nama podstiče dalji rast.

Koja će biti Vaša uloga?

  • vodićete prodajni tim i biti odgovorni za ostvarenje i prevazilaženje prodajnih ciljeva,
  • razvijaćete i sprovoditi prodajne strategije na teritoriji Srbije,
  • aktivno ćete raditi na razvoju i održavanju odnosa sa ključnim kupcima i partnerima,
  • analiziraćete prodajne podatke i tržišne trendove kako biste identifikovali nove mogućnosti za rast,
  • sarađivaćete sa marketinškim, logističkim i razvojnim timovima radi optimizacije poslovnih procesa,
  • zastupaćete kompaniju na stručnim skupovima i poslovnim događajima.

Koga tražimo?

  • imate najmanje 5 godina iskustva u farmaceutskoj prodaji, od čega najmanje 3 godine na rukovodećoj poziciji,
  • posedujete snažne liderske veštine, uključujući mentorstvo i razvoj članova tima,
  • imate iskustvo u upravljanju ključnim kupcima i teritorijama,
  • odlično poznajete tržišnu dinamiku i konkurente,
  • posedujete sposobnost da analizirate i koristite prodajne podatke i trendove u donošenju odluka,
  • imate odlične komunikacione i pregovaračke veštine, uz spremnost na putovanja.
