RUKOVODILAC POSTPRODAJE

Zadaci i odgovornosti:

  • Obavlja poslove rukovođenja postprodajom i odgovoran/a je za ispunjenje planova Sektora postprodaje, kao i ličnih planova,
  • planira, organizuje i kontroliše poslovanje postprodaje i koristi potencijale tržišta vezane za održavanje vozila, popravku vozila, prodaju delova i alata,
  • obavlja analizu ispunjavanja obaveza Sektora postprodaje,
  • odgovoran/a je za organizovanje rešavanja reklamacija i garancija,
  • odgovoran/a je za ispunjenje kompetencije "Leadmanagement" sa ciljem povećanja zadovoljstva klijenata/lojalnosti kroz optimalnu obradu izraženih želja klijenata za pružanjem usluga (lead-ova),
  • odgovoran/a je za planiranje i razvoj postprodaje u skladu sa zadatim ciljevima,
  • kontroliše promet servisa na dnevnom, mesečnom i kvartalnom nivou, vrši dnevnu kontrolu svih procesa u servisu, šalje mesečne i kvartalne izveštaje Direktoru prodajno-servisnog centra i importeru,
  • informiše Direktora prodajno-servisnog centra o planovima za kvalitetnije odvijanje poslova u servisu,
  • komunicira sa klijentima u teškim (spornim) situacijama,
  • vrši stalnu komunikaciju sa rukovodiocima sektora i odeljenja i dogovara ciljeve za ostvarivanje rezultata,
  • vrši uvid u izveštaje Q-check provera kvaliteta, prema preporukama proizvođača sa donošenjem adekvatnih mera kao i interne, ciljane provere kvaliteta prema zahtevima različitih standarda,
  • koordinira sa importerom u domenu kompletne postprodaje, u dogovoru sa Direktorom prodajno-servisnog centra,
  • komunicira sa flotnim i drugim bitnim kupcima po pitanju poslova postprodaje,
  • redovno posmatra i analizira odnos ponude i potražnje,
  • organizuje i prilagođava personal u radionicama i Odeljenju rezervnih delova u skladu sa promenama na tržištu i promenama u tehničkom razvoju,
  • koordinira rad između Servisa, Limarsko-farbarske radionice i Odeljenja rezervnih delova i osigurava nesmetano međusobno funkcionisanje,
  • predlaže cenovnu politiku u Sektoru postprodaje,
  • organizuje marketinške aktivnosti postprodaje u skladu sa smernicama postprodaje importera,
  • organizuje i kontroliše primenu mera bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu u skladu sa propisima u oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu u svom Sektoru,
  • obavezno postupa i ponaša se u skladu sa važećim Smernicama usklađenosti sa zakonom, pravilima i Compliance smernicama Poslodavca, Porsche Holding Salzburg i Volkswagen grupe, Kodeksom ponašanja, kao i sa pravim vrednostima integriteta,

Uslovi:

  • Sedmi nivo kvalifikacija (podnivo 1) ili šesti nivo kvalifikacija, kojem odgovaraju VII1, odnosno VI1 i VI2 stepen stručne spreme odnosno završene studije prvog ili drugog stepena tehničkih nauka,
  • radno iskustvo od najmanje 3 godine na istim ili sličnim poslovima,
  • znanje engleskog i/ili nemačkog jezika,
  • odlično poznavanje MS office,
  • posedovanje važeće vozačke dozvole B kategorije
